First you see Cabin 1, then Cabin 4, shed, and fish cleaning house, The first of 3 RV sites has a deck on the front. The deck stays, the RV does not! Next you see the lodge, bath house, and Cabin 2 up the hill, then back to Cabin 1.

This incredible sandy beach sits on the south east corner of 11th Crow Wing Lake. The dock and swimming raft are included in the sale. The lake access is DNR owned. 11th Crow Wing is 790 acres with a max depth of 80' and 13.5' of clarity. Look out Walleyes!

Cabin #1 has been remodeled for winter use and has a great lake view. There are two bedrooms, 3/4 bath and a gas fireplace.

This lake view cabin features aluminum soffit & fascia and a new roof in '01. There are two bedrooms and a 3/4 bath remodeled in 2000 with a corner glass shower. There is a very creative triple bunk in the second bdrm and a large deck with a great lake view.

Cabin #3 has been completely remodeled including vinyl siding, aluminum fascia & soffet, and new windows in '02. Two bedrooms, 3/4 bath and a great deck across the front that looks over the grounds.

Cabin 4 was completely remodeled in '98 and the roof was replaced in 2000. This cabin has 1 bedroom and a sleeping loft that is the favorite of all the kids.

This cabin features an 8 person hot tub, a full bath for the RV sites, and laundry. This cabin has been winterized so while cabins 2-3-4 don't have winter water, they can use the bathroom in this facility. The basement houses the water system for ease of access.

Cabin 2 sits up on the hill overlooking the rest of the grounds. There is a swingset for the kids and plenty of open space to play. The septic was replaced in '99 with two separate lift stations and a drain field sized for the 4 cabins and 3 RV sites. Each RV site has hookups for water, sewer and electric.

The game room/lodge features a wood burning stove and isulated walls so you can have a gathering place in summer and winter.
