Our Story
In the early 90’s, Marty L. Moses Sr. was just getting into Real Estate. Having an extensive background in Sales and Marketing for over 25 years, he was looking forward to beginning a career as a Realtor. Being a “people person” helped Marty to adapt quickly and within a few short years he was already a top producer in Spokane, WA.
Not being one that could stand to sit around an office, Marty was constantly out in the field, talking with everyone he could. Past clients, friends, family, people at the grocery store, pretty much anyone that was standing in front of him. It was because of his relationships with so many people that he started to notice a change in what his customers were wanting from him and what the average Realtor was offering as services.
He had seen the Real Estate Industry shift from books to computers and now again he was seeing it shift, but this time from computers to the internet. Although he was willing to adapt, he was not willing to be held hostage and pay astronomical fees for the technology that he felt he needed.
In 2000, Marty set out to start his own company that would offer technology services geared specifically towards the Real Estate Community. He figured that rather than have all these tech companies try to stuff Real Estate into the technology…….he was going to fit the technology into Real Estate. Just Snooping.com, Inc. was born.
Having that mindset, he realized that he had an edge no one else could compete with. He was so tired of going to different conferences and buying different products only to see them still in the wrapping 10 or 12 months later. It was this frustration that helped him identify exactly what he wanted to offer with all of his products. They would have to be easy to use, inexpensive, flexible, and come with live customer service.
In 2001 Just Snooping.com, Inc. was founded. We started out as strictly a “virtual tour” company. Flying under the radar for the first year or two, Just Snooping.com quickly became a leading company nationwide for virtual tours. Family owned and operated, we have prided ourselves on keeping a finger on the pulse of the Real Estate community as well as staying connected to upcoming technology. We have and will continue to constantly evolve and upgrade Just Snooping’s services.
Introducing an industry first, Full Screen – High Definition Home Show in late 2007 Just Snooping again separated itself from the pack. Known now to clients worldwide as not simply a “virtual tour” company, but rather a “PREMIER ONLINE MARKETING SYSTEM”, Just Snooping is positioned to introduce many new enhancements as well as completely new products in the near future.
