Real Estate Market Woes…Fact or Fiction?
Recently it seems we have all been bludgeoned by the various news outlets touting how unstable our industry is. Sub-prime rates this…consumer price index that…tales of foreclosure market misery and economic instability all collide together to paint a very dismal picture for REALTORS® and consumers.
Personally, I spend the majority of my time every week out in various markets throughout the US talking with REALTORS® and brokers and, while many are having to retool or reposition, without fail the “movers and shakers” are still getting their share of the pie.
