Eric Johnson, along with his brother and sister, took over their fathers business in the 1990’s and it has turned into one of the fastest growing Coldwell Banker franchises in the Pacific Northwest, Coldwell Banker Northwest Group.
Eric sits down with interviewer Mike Walsh to answer tough real estate market related questions. Eric says the the average consumer today is more educated and he considers technology one of the biggest factors changing the market today.
