Technical Department

Application Developer: Responsibilities include creating innovative and original software to revolutionize the Real Estate industry. Fluency and or extensive experience creating web based and standalone applications with Java, XML, XSL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS required.

Systems Administrator: Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our enterprise class server and networking hardware. Our systems administrators must be committed to data security, and performance tuning, and must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting techniques for both server and desktop systems. Administration experience with Windows and UNIX servers, internet routing, DNS, and email is required.

Technical Support Representative: Responsibilities include the ability to troubleshoot and explain software to non-technical people in a friendly and understandable way. The ideal candidate must be a great communicator over the phone and via email. Good technical ability with HTML and photo editing a plus. Reliability and a pleasant personality are very important.

Sales & Marketing Department

Account Managers: Responsibilities include extensive travel, client contact, public speaking (the ability to give presentations to individuals as well as groups of 100+), warm and cold marketing prospects, some weekend conventions, follow up and team attitude.

Certified Trainers: Responsibilities include extensive travel, and public speaking (the ability to give presentations to individuals as well groups of 100+). Personal calendaring, map & travel scheduling, follow up and team attitude are important aspects of this position.
